It must be 15 years since I saw this one... I remember it as quite good but really need to revisit it.

Emmanuelle-director Jacking clearly has no feel for the adventure genre. But at least he has the sense to throw in some S/M Amazons just when you're about to give up from boredom... 2/5

I like all the other Ator's so I should like this too, but I find it boring beyond words. Just writing about it now makes me sleepy. If only the film was as good as the cover... 1/5

Hamon may be a little stiff as the über-manly desert warrior of the title but it doesn't matter that much - this is still one of Castellari's best and probably the best italian adventure film of the eighties. Highly enjoyable little film with an interesting surprise ending (which i'm not gonna ruin). 4/5
